Julian Casablancas secret show at Spaceland 11.2.2009
For those of you who follow my blog, twitter, Facebook, etc you may know about my dear friend Jeff Kite. Jeff is the drummer of my backup band The Hot Cops. As you may know, I’ve been spending much of my musical time with the Electrolightz at the moment, and Jeff is now playing in Julian Casablancas’ band. Did i mention that Julian is maybe my favorite song writer of the last 10 years? The strokes are basicly my favorite band. So to me, i couldn’t be more excited for Jeff. Last night, they played a secret show at Spaceland in Silverlake. It was an amazing show!!!!!! The band is going to begin a residency at the Palace downtown starting this Friday.
